The Skyhawks won their first 2 matches of the season behind a stellar 39 by Ben Biederer. Kevin Wolf showed guts, determination and spirit coming back from a disappointing round on Tuesday to shoot a 43. His coach, teammates and parents should be proud. (How does that sound Kevin?)

On Thursday, the Hawks travel to Renwood Golf Course to take on Grayslake North. Bus time is 2:50.

The Varsity boys team competed against McHenry and Marian Central at the 14th Annual Curtis Cardomone Classic. The Hawks were shutout by McHenry 16-0 in the combination stroke/match play format, but were able to score 4 1/2 points against Marian. Cody Krueger scored 2 points, Jake Arden scored 1/2 and Kevin Wolf , by virtue of a forfeit, scored two points.
