Summer Golf
A big, big thanks to Bob Hutchinson, Tim Mulvey and Dom Pascente for helping out at the JEPF Orange Ball Tournament. We raised a nice sum of money to help out with new golf shirts for the fall.
I see many of you have been playing in the McHenry County Junior Golf Tournaments and playing pretty well. Keep playing, keep practicing, keep taking lessons. We've got a regional to win in September.
Tryouts for the 2008 golf team will start on Wednesday, August 13 at 1PM. We will either be playing 9 holes at Chalet Hills or we will be at Pro Circle in Spring Grove. On Thursday, the 14th we will be playing 18 holes starting at 7AM at Chalet Hills. There is a $50 tryout fee unless you are a member at Chalet Hills.
Starting next week, I would like to start playing with some of you at Boone Creek, Chapel Hill or Chalet. Let me know what times you are available by emailing me at bfrey@kidsroe.org.
