The Skyhawks lowered their season average but didn't have enough firepower to beat the Valley Division leaders on this steamy August afternoon at Chapel Hill. Alec Brown shot a 42 to lead the way for Johnsburg. Joey Kass and Brian Legnaioli were only 1 back with 43s.
The Skyhawks drop to 11-6 for the season.

The Skyhawks played their best round of the year and edged out the Whip-Purs 166 to 168 on a great day at Chapel Hill Golf Course. Cullen Mulvey and Alec Brown each shot 41s while Ben Dingman and Zach Matejka carded 42s. The Skyhawks move their conference record to 1-1 and their overall record is 11 - 5.
