The Skyhawks won their first Fox Valley Conference match of the season with a narrow victory over the Woodstock Blue Streaks at beautiful Plum Tree National Golf Course in Harvard on Thursday night. Jake Arden paced the Hawks with a 40, edging out teammate Tyler Chambers with a long, long birdie putt on the last hole. With their victory, the Hawks are now 1-4 in the FVC and 15-4 overall.

In F/S action, the Hawks lost by a mere 2 strokes. Steffan Miller shot a high school low round of 49, along with getting his first birdie ever.
